Upgrade Access Control, Improve management of system, Improve scheme security

THE SOLUTION

By installing a cloud based access control system to replace the existing system, we were able to provide significant cost and efficiency savings to our client. Remote management of fob and tenancy access is now done via PC or mobile browser. The robust solution was able reuse much of the existing equipment including compatible proximity readers on site.

Multiple block entrances were upgraded along with both pedestrian and car park gates and barriers, allowing our client to efficiently manage access given to residents and to manage proximity tokens efficiently and effectively.

In addition, HD CCTV was installed at Car Park and pedestrian entry points and overviewing the main communal and car parks. The CCTV benefits from remote viewing and monitoring enabling our client to observe ASB at its source.
