Fast Food Restaurant, Bridlington

THE BRIEF:

Provide high quality CCTV Installation for the restaurant to observe drive through lanes, to enhance front of house service, order accuracy and employee safety.

THE SOLUTION:

28 2MP HD camera were installed throughout the restaurant, kitchen and drive through areas. Spot monitors were placed in the ordering, kitchen and managers office to facilitate overview of order points, car park traffic, order accuracy and kitchen quality. A 32 channel Hybrid DVR was installed with a 16 TB hard drive providing exceptional quality recordings for a period of time specified by the client.
